sunday i tear ny knee ligament, and by wednesday thursday i am able to walk again without too much difficulty.

but then i go and strain my neck and it hurts to even yawm!

any advice on necks strains?

good point....when i did my ligament in i was on crotches for 3 weeks

hmmm....well i went hospital and they said i may have torn my ligament.

i couldn't walk on Sunday, Monday and took my 1st steps on tuesday!
wednesday was recovering well, and by thursday i managed to get out the house.

...and then i eneded up straiining my neck and it fukin killls.
